Now I'm passionate about helping other working Christian moms do the same.

Do you ever feel like you're constantly moving from one thing to the next… rushing through work, motherhood, chores, schedules, and responsibilities… all while telling yourself, “If I can just get through this season, then I’ll breathe?”
In this episode, we’re talking about the hidden cost of always living for the next season and why so many working Christian moms struggle to find peace in the middle of busy life.
I share a personal reflection from my years of raising young children while working and supporting my husband through school — a season that felt exhausting and survival-based at the time, but one I now look back on with a deeper appreciation for the ordinary moments hidden inside the hard.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, hurried, emotionally stretched thin, or like peace is always waiting on the other side of “easier,” this episode will encourage you to slow your heart, reconnect with God in your current season, and stop missing the life happening right in front of you.
In this episode, you’ll learn:
Why working Christian moms often believe peace comes after we “arrive”
The hidden ways rushing impacts your relationship with God, your family, and your own heart
How constantly living for the next season can steal presence and joy
What we can learn from Jesus about living with purpose without living hurried
Simple ways to practice peace and surrender in the middle of a full, busy life
Whether you're navigating motherhood, career pressures, overwhelm, anxiety, or simply trying to stay grounded in your faith, this conversation will remind you that peace isn’t always found in changed circumstances — sometimes it’s found in God’s presence right in the middle of your ordinary day.

Ep 201: Why So Many Working Christian Moms Feel Far From God (And It’s Probably Not Why You Think)
Have you ever missed a few quiet times, had a chaotic work week, and quietly wondered…
“Am I struggling spiritually?”
As a working Christian mom, it can be easy to believe that feeling disconnected from God means you’re failing in your faith.
Maybe your Bible reading has been inconsistent.
Your routines fell apart.
Life feels loud with work deadlines, kids’ schedules, laundry, emotional demands, and trying to keep up with everything on your plate.
And somewhere along the way, you start wondering if you're “not doing enough” spiritually.
But what if feeling far from God isn't actually about a lack of discipline, devotion, or love for Jesus?
In today’s episode, we’re having a different conversation about faith, motherhood, spiritual growth, and what it looks like to pursue God in the middle of real life.
We’ll talk about:
✔️ Why many working Christian moms unintentionally measure spiritual health by productivity and performance✔️ How our relationship with God can start looking like another checklist to manage✔️ Why God’s presence is not as fragile as we sometimes believe✔️ What it means to practice awareness of God inside your everyday life✔️ How different seasons may require different spiritual rhythms✔️ A healthier question to ask when your routines no longer fit your current season
If you've ever felt spiritually behind, guilty about inconsistent quiet time, or unsure how to stay connected to God while balancing work, motherhood, and faith — this episode is for you.
Friend, God’s closeness was never dependent on you getting your spiritual routine exactly right.
He meets us in real life.

What started as blind obedience became something I didn’t realize I would desperately need myself.
In this special 200th episode of Faith Led Working Moms, I’m sharing more of the story behind the mic — why I started this podcast and how the messages of faith, surrender, overwhelm, and trusting God became more than podcast topics… they became my lifeline.
This episode is deeply personal.
I’m sharing what God has taught me through 200 episodes of encouraging working Christian moms, navigating grief, becoming the sole breadwinner for my family, and learning what it really means to faithfully walk with Jesus in real life.
You’ll also hear about the exciting growth of this mission into Faith Led Ministries and the heart behind helping women integrate faith into their work, motherhood, hard seasons, and everyday lives.
If you’re a working Christian mom feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, grieving, uncertain, or simply trying to faithfully take your next step with God, this episode is for you.
In This Episode We Talk About:
The story behind starting Faith Led Working Moms
What “blind obedience” looked like when launching this podcast
Life changing unexpectedly 4½ months later
Navigating grief, motherhood, work, and becoming the sole provider
What God has taught me about faithfulness over performance
Why faithfulness often looks ordinary in busy mom life
Letting go of pressure, perfection, and carrying everything alone
The heart and vision behind Faith Led Ministries
Encouragement for working Christian moms walking through hard seasons
How to take the next faithful step even when you can’t see the whole picture
Key Takeaway:
You do not have to have the whole plan figured out to walk in obedience.
God often reveals purpose one faithful step at a time.
And if you're in a season that feels heavy, uncertain, overwhelming, or completely different than you expected… friend, God is still faithful there too.

Have you ever had one of those motherhood moments where you immediately wished you could hit rewind?
Maybe you lost your patience. Responded harshly. Snapped after a long day of work, responsibilities, and carrying the mental load of motherhood.
If you’re a working Christian mom struggling with mom guilt, this episode is for you.
In today’s encouraging conversation, we’re talking about something many moms quietly carry but rarely talk about — what happens when our kids see us fail.
Because while none of us want to lose our patience or fall short in motherhood, there’s a powerful truth we can hold onto:
Your children do not need a perfect mom.
They need a mom who knows what to do with her imperfections.
In this episode, you’ll hear biblical encouragement about:
How to handle mom guilt after losing your patience
Why your children can learn powerful lessons through your humility and repair
The importance of apologizing, modeling repentance, and extending grace in motherhood
How God’s grace meets us in imperfect parenting moments
A reminder that following Jesus isn’t about pretending we have it all together
If you've been feeling discouraged after a hard parenting moment, overwhelmed by unrealistic expectations, or wondering how to move forward after making mistakes as a mom, this episode will remind you that God’s mercy is available here too.
Scripture Mentioned:
Romans 8:1 — “There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.”

Episode 196: How to Create a Peaceful Home as a Working Mom — Even When Life Feels Chaotic
For the mom who loves Jesus and is still figuring out how to hold it all together.
Does your home feel more like a relay race than a refuge? You're juggling deadlines, school pickups, dinner, and a to-do list that never ends — and somewhere in the middle of all of it, you're supposed to be the peace-keeper too. Friend, this episode is for you.
Today we're talking about what it actually looks like to create a peaceful home atmosphere as a Christian working mom — not by doing more, but by anchoring yourself in faith first. Because here's the truth: peace in your home doesn't start with your circumstances. It starts with you.
In this episode we cover:
Why a peaceful home has nothing to do with a clean house or a perfect schedule
The oxygen mask principle and why anchoring yourself spiritually first changes everything
How praying in the small in-between moments of your day keeps you connected to God even on the most chaotic days
Three practical faith rhythms that shift your home atmosphere without overhauling your life
Grace for the moms in a genuinely hard season who just need permission to breathe
Scriptures mentioned: Philippians 4:7 // Proverbs 31:25

Do you ever feel like you’re doing everything… and still falling behind?
You’re not alone—and it might not be a time issue.
In this episode, we’re talking about the real reason so many working moms feel overwhelmed, even when they’re managing their schedules, staying productive, and trying to keep up with everything life is asking of them.
Because the truth is—more time doesn’t always create more peace.
If your priorities aren’t clear, your days will stay full… but still feel scattered, heavy, and exhausting.
This episode is an invitation to step out of that cycle.
Not by doing more—but by getting clear on what actually matters in this season, and what God is truly asking of you right now.
In This Episode, We Talk About:
Why time management alone won’t fix overwhelm
The hidden reason you still feel behind (even when you’re doing a lot)
How unclear priorities lead to mental and emotional exhaustion
A simple, faith-centered way to filter what actually matters
What it looks like to align your time with your calling in this season
How to let go of expectations that were never meant for you
A Simple Shift to Take With You:
Instead of trying to do more this week, pause and ask:
“God, what actually matters most right now?”
Then choose 3 priorities—and give yourself permission to release what doesn’t belong.
Clarity creates peace. And peace changes everything.
