Faith Led Working Moms - Creating Balance, Biblical Mindset, Routines, Time Management, Priorities, Overwhelm Management
*Creating Balance *Biblical Mindset *Intentional Living * Time Management *Priorities *Overwhelm & Anxiety Management Are you a busy, working Mom, overwhelmed by all the hats you have to wear? Are you exhausted from juggling your ever-growing list of commitments and to-dos? Do you desire to show up abundantly in all the areas of your life, but are spread too thin, leaving you feeling weary and guilty that you didn’t do enough? If this is you, Friend, then I am so excited to welcome you! I’m Lindsay, a Jesus-loving, anxious-prone wife and Mom to 3. As a working Mom myself, I know firsthand how stressful it can be to have the desire to financially help your family, but also show up as a Mom, fully engaged and present for the people who are most important to you. I was drowning in all the things, overcome with anxiety and blindly believing the enemy’s lies that I wasn’t doing enough. Which only left me spiraling even deeper into a more toxic cycle that felt impossible to escape. It wasn’t until I prioritized my relationship with the Lord through rooting myself in scripture and prayer that I began to see the light. When I gave myself space to rest in God’s presence and became conscious of what my foundational priorities were, my life began to change, and I experienced freedom. And I am so excited to share that freedom and peace with you! So, I invite you to join me weekly for a dose of encouragement, practical tools, tips, and resources to help all of us align ourselves with scripture and restore our priorities. I truly believe that when we are intentional about renewing our minds and rooting ourselves in God’s promises, we get to actively live in the best that God has for us. So, gift yourself the next few minutes with a cozy blanket and warm drink, and come as you are. You are welcome here Friend and I can’t wait to share this time with you. Ep 98: Mom Burnout: Finding Worth When Your Daily Sacrifices Go Unnoticed
Feeling unseen, unappreciated, and burnt out? You’re not alone—and this episode is for the Christian working mom who’s quietly holding it all together.
In today’s episode, we’re naming the silent struggle so many moms carry: the emotional and spiritual toll of doing all the things while feeling like no one truly notices. From early mornings and packed schedules to patient moments when you're running on empty, the lack of recognition can chip away at your spirit.
But here's the truth—you are not invisible to God.He sees you. Every moment. Every sacrifice.
We’ll dive into the powerful story of Hagar from Genesis 16 and discover the comfort and strength that comes from knowing God as El Roi—the God who sees. I'm sharing how this name of God speaks directly to the heart of the overwhelmed mom who feels discarded or forgotten.
You'll also learn:
How to reframe your thoughts when appreciation feels absent
What it looks like to be anchored in God's affirmation, not man's applause
Why being seen by God is enough
Practical ways to process your burnout, including journal prompts and a surrender moment to re-center your heart
Encouragement to seek support and speak up instead of suffering silently
This episode is full of truth, compassion, and real-life reminders that your work is holy—even when no one claps.
✍️ Journal Prompts to Reflect On:
Where do I feel unseen or unappreciated right now?
How has God been meeting me in that space, even if I haven’t noticed?
What does it mean for me to trust that being seen by God is enough—even if others never acknowledge what I do?

Hey friend—whether you’re folding laundry, waiting in the school pickup line, or hiding out in the bathroom for a moment of quiet (we’ve all been there!), I’m so glad you’re here.
In today’s episode, we’re talking about something every Christian working mom wrestles with: How do you stay intentional and productive—without burning out? Spoiler alert: this isn’t about waking up at 5am or sticking to a Pinterest-perfect routine. It’s about slowing down, finding God's grace in the chaos, and discovering how to work from a place of peace rather than depletion.
We’ll walk through practical, faith-rooted ways to:
Do less and actually get more done (yes, it’s possible!)
Use unfinished tasks to spark more focus and creativity
Turn your scattered time into sacred moments of connection with God
Build a productivity rhythm that aligns with your God-given wiring—not someone else’s system
This episode is for the mom who feels stretched thin, who’s tired of unrealistic standards, and who wants to live a life that’s more present, peaceful, and purpose-driven.
In This Episode:
[2:30] Why doing less might be your secret weapon to getting more done
[5:00] The power of leaving things unfinished on purpose—and how it boosts clarity
[7:30] How to transform small, scattered moments into sacred time with God
[10:30] Why your unique rhythms matter and how to build a life around them
[13:00] A reminder that your worth isn’t tied to productivity—God’s rest is a gift, not a reward
Key Bible Verse:
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28
Try This This Week:
Schedule one “holy pause” into your day—just 15 minutes to sit with God
Embrace “good enough” in one area of your life and watch how freeing it feels
Assign a spiritual practice to three small windows of your day (car line, brushing teeth, stirring dinner)
Ditch one productivity rule that makes you feel like you’re not enough—and replace it with grace
